Condominium Meeting
The Annual Condominium Meeting will be held at the Tivoli
Almansor Hotel on Saturday rd of February.. Minutes will be sent
by post to all owners very shortly.
Minutes of the last A.G.M
will be circulated very soon. All painting has been completed and
the repair of the swimming pool has been done. Those residents who
wish to receive the ITV and BBC channels should contact us as several
of the British residents have paid for upgrading the system for
individual property usage. This has not been a Condominium investment
but by a number of residents who wished to have the stations. It
is available to anyone should you wish to pay the fee. Please contact
Keith in the VDM office.
New Development
The
exciting new phase of the area has been finnished. Our advice is
to make early contact as the first stage will consist of 12 luxury
apartments with communal pool, and 1 individual Villa, these will
be in great demand. Details available.
